It's a very similar story with Cradle 2 the Grave, directed by Polish cinematographer Andrezj Bartkowiak. ![]() With the exception of Speed, his directorial career has been poor, from the largely underwhelming Twister to his totally brainless remake of The Haunting. As a cinematographer, de Bont lensed some of Paul Verhoeven's finest work, including Keetje Tippel and The Fourth Man, as well as lending his considerable expertise to the likes of Die Hard and Black Rain. The career of Dutchman Jan de Bont is a classic case in point. When cinematographers turn their hand to directing, the films that result often look appealing but lack the substance or storytelling skill of the films which they only helped to shoot. A Taiwanese agent named Su (Jet Li) is on Fait's tail and wants to take him down so that he can retrieve the stolen black diamonds. There was no Staffer behind me that instantly took me back to the present when I went to the past.Master thief Anthony Fait (DMX) pulls off a major jewel heist and somehow manages to escape from the SWAT team that's pursuing him. It's just a small rectangular room with a podium in the front and a paper on it and some rubble behind the podium.Īnd no, I'm not that stupid. I HAVE found the Nursery Tower, but there is nothing inside it. Looks like you didn't pay attention or read my original post. Nobody caught me, but I was on Easy difficulty because I was scairt. When I went to the past, I used the utensils from Cell 2 on that glowing placemat thing in the meal hall. Getting caught sends you back to the present, so that may be why you aren't seeing the distorted view and the Nursery Tower (there's no Nursery, only Nursery Tower in Inner Cradle). There are flashes when you get caught, so maybe the Staffer was behind you and you didn't see him. The candle is a dicey choice because a Staff member patrols the morgue right around that table in front of the furnace. If I remember correctly, there's one flash when you go back to the past, but if you get caught after going into the past, there's more than one flash, and sometimes the Staff make a growling noise. It sounds like you might have been caught by the Staff, but Lauryl should have said that to you, and told you there were X number of toys left and not to break them all, etc. ![]() It still looks pretty much the same to me. I'm confused and don't know where to go now.ītw no, I used the "candle" toy which I got from one of the patient's rooms and then use it down at the table in front of the furnace in the Morgue, which then I experienced some flashes. But you say I'm supposed to go to the Nursery Tower in the Inner Cradle. Poison Ivy says I need to go specifically to the Nursery and not the Nursery Tower, which the Nursery is in Outer Cradle. ) as the Pauper's Ward, not a nursery, and the place you're supposed to go is definitely the Nursery Tower in Inner Cradle. I don't remember if it has a plaque or not, but the room with all the beds in the Outer Cradle is referred to in a magazine article on the Cradle (with many spoilers, natch. Which toy did you use and where did you put it? In the past, everything will be green and it'll look like you're seeing it through a distorted lens, like a fisheye lens but not quite as.fishy? You'll then be able to go up the previously blocked stairs to the Nursery Tower, where you'll see lots of little beds, one of those creepy wall faces and a staffer (or two, depending on difficulty) patrolling. If the rubble is still there, you might have done something wrong and might not actually be in the past.
